In 2023, TMHCC’s Executive Vice President Michael Donovan celebrated his 40th Anniversary in 2023. We’re now pleased to share Michael’s feature-length interview reflecting his thoughts on his time at TMHCC, the changes he’s witnessed, and his view on the next 40 years in the industry.
Reflecting on his TMHCC journey, Michael Donovan says, “…to see our organization achieve record profits year after year, firstly as a private company, then as a publicly traded company, and then, of course, following the acquisition of HCC by Tokio Marine in 2015…we as a company throughout all of that, we've continued to outperform the industry, outperform many of our peers.”
