At Tokio Marine HCC, we are committed to the prompt and professional handling of claims.

Need to report a claim? Please check your policy for claims reporting instructions. If you do not have a copy of your policy, contact your broker or agent for assistance.

SURETY MEXICO CLAIMS

Please contact us, personally or by phone, at any of our Branches in Mexico, or through our email [email protected], providing the following information:

• Name of the Obligee.
• Surety bond number.
• Name of the Principal.
• Amount of the surety bond.
• Brief description of the non-compliance.
• Name, phone number and/or email contact.

Once the previous notice or claim of the surety bond has been reported, we ask you to wait for a claims attorney to contact you, to set up an appointment and depending on the coverage claimed you will receive a letter requesting documents, which should be requested to process your claim.
