I have submitted an application, but I have not heard back?

  • Once you have applied for a position and set up your TMHCC Workday Account, an email will be generated to you to show that we have received your application.

    If your CV/ experience is a fit, you will be contacted to arrange an initial interview. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive, it is difficult to individually contact applicants who are not suitable for a role but you will receive a disposition notification if you are not being considered or if the role you applied for has been filled.

    We take your application seriously and encourage you to continue to visit our website to find vacancies.

What can I expect from the interview process?

  • Every role is different, and the interview process will reflect this. Spend time familiarising yourself with your own CV and the job description and be clear on what your strengths and development areas are as well as what motivates to join TMHCC.

    In many cases you can anticipate what sort of questions you might be asked by reviewing the requirements of the role. Your answers should highlight the skills you have that are most important/relevant to the position and providing examples is often the best way of communicating your experience.

    Also, think about what you want to learn about the position, company and culture. Do you understand the scope of the role and expectations and deliverables and how things operate. An interview should be a two-way conversation.
